Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, but further- we want you to be delighted with your one-of-a kind cool piece of skiing history!  Email or call us at (401) 935-0160 if you’re not obsessed with your RKH.

Please be in an unused and same condition with tags, please provide an email receipt.
To start a return, you can contact us at kat@rippinkittenhats.com.  The return postage is the responsibility of the customer.  If it is an exchange, the cost of shipping the new item will be courtesy of Rippin Kitten Hats.
