We here at Rippin Kitten Hats are too busy adventuring to learn how to collect and use data. We probably should figure out an email campaign for delicious new products and a fun sale or two for “my people”.  I do remember my customers and the ski memories they share with me. Every story brings a tear of joy or laughter. Thank you for that.
